Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Teams, in particular)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task and solve problems
  • Knowledge of Polish and English languages (min B1 level)
  • Experience as a receptionist or work experience would be a plus
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and execute test cases by manual test methods
Employment conditions / Company offers
  • Collaborate with external service providers to coordinate maintenance activities for office equipment and supplies (cleaners, office goods suppliers etc.)
  • Provide support to team members when needed
  • Draft and distribute emails and communications as requested
  • Support in planning and organizing events for team members
  • Assist office manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Ensure the aesthetic and functional aspects of the office are in line with company standards
