Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, also in written form
  • Fluency in English (team language is English only)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate results to management
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills for further professional growth
  • Ability to work 40h per week
  • Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software (i.e. CRM, Zoom)
  • Previous experience in a B2B marketing environment
  • Basic photography, image, video editing and graphic design skills
  • Additional European language would be a plus (German would be a big plus)
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation & execution of online and physical marketing events in EMEA
  • Assist in the development and production of marketing communication materials, such as campaign plans, landing pages, mailings, and full communication kits
  • Collaborate with external agencies to create visuals, videos and social media content
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Support in the evaluation and analysis of marketing campaigns and create reports
