Responsibilities
  • Supervising assigned customer accounts to identify unresolved debts
  • Responding to client account queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Following-up with clients on overdue accounts
  • Supporting disputes solving
  • Working closely with team members as well as other OTC teams and Sales Department to solve issues
  • Managing all activities related to accounts receivable and reporting according to deadlines
  • Maintaining good customer relations and following legal and ethical collection practices
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks
