Responsibilities
- Supervising assigned customer accounts to identify unresolved debts
- Responding to client account queries in a timely and professional manner
- Following-up with clients on overdue accounts
- Supporting disputes solving
- Working closely with team members as well as other OTC teams and Sales Department to solve issues
- Managing all activities related to accounts receivable and reporting according to deadlines
- Maintaining good customer relations and following legal and ethical collection practices
- Other Ad-hoc tasks
