Requirements
  • Basic experience in Microsoft office package (excel, word, outlook is the core applications)
  • Good customer service skills and ability to open a dialogue with users on how their experience is and capture their response.
  • Great command of English & Polish.
  • A want to make a positive difference.

Responsibilities
  • Assistance with connecting to all areas of the business to capture any issues.
  • Easy / simple development and integration of technology components.
  • Implementation of user requirements.
  • Assistance with fault finding and connecting with various stake holders.
  • Writing fault finding documentation.

  • Fix term contract of Employment for 5 months
  • Each trainee will receive a minimum salary of PLN 4,872 gross per month of full-time work

How to apply
The recruitment process consists of two main stages: 1. The first stage is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the employer. 2. The second stage is conducted by the company hosting the internship. You will be informed of the outcome of the interviews no later than June 21, 2024. Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process. It is important for us to create an accessible recruitment process at every stage. If you have any needs arising from disabilities, please inform us in the recruitment form or during a phone conversation with the recruiter. We will take care of them during the recruitment process.
