Requirements
  • Fluency in English, additional knowledge of French or Spanish would be a plus
  • Previous work experience in OTC or customer service would be a plus
  • Understanding of business processes and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
  • Ability to work with limited general supervision
Responsibilities
  • Creation of financial documents in internal billing systems
  • Documents upload to client’s portal
  • Daily reconciliation between our and client’s systems
  • Handling all the disputes and reclamations of customer’s in scope, making sure all claims are addressed to appropriate departments and resolved timely
  • Overseeing Invoice Adjustment process, obtaining all necessary approvals (based on internal Delegation of Authority matrix) and creation of adjustment in internal billing systems
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Service, Collection and Credit Teams, as well as Box Plant facilities teams; building a strong relationship with our external customers;
  • Ensuring internal controls are put in place and policies are respected
