Requirements
- If you hold Bachelor’s degree,
- If you have at least 3 years of experience in HR,
- If you are fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional language is a plus),
- If you are proficient in MS Office applications, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
Responsibilities
- To provide support in all employment related processes together with the HR team;
- To implement and evaluate all human resource department policies and procedures;
- To support the HR team in designing and implementing effective training and development plans;
- To ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status;
- To check and support if HR related documents are correctly filled by employees and provide assistance in case of guidance need;
- To assist the HR team in the annual budget preparation;
- To make sure the organization maintains compliance with labor regulations;
- To request and prepare the full work-related equipment for all new entries;
- To conduct recruitment processes end-2-end in line with departments;
- To conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees;
- To take an active role in the Talent Management process,
- To serve as a point of contact and connection with other working points / offices, individuals and institutions regarding the operational aspects specified in the job description;
