  • . Spotkania praktyczne są w formie pracy w fotelach – pacjent-psychoterapeuta. Ważnym elementem jest wykorzystanie, w miarę możliwości, własnych doświadczeń z sytuacji pomagania oraz gotowość pracy na swoim materiale psychicznym (myśli, uczucia, przekonania, zachowania). Wykorzystujemy również epikryzy, studia przypadków.
