Requirements
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Prepare supplier communication regarding obligatory insurance provided to International Paper
  • Participate in insurance negotiations between suppliers and purchasing/sourcing personnel
  • Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management departments to provide purchasing personnel with supplier insurance consultancy
  • Help in reviewing IP contracts with suppliers and supporting IP buyers with guidelines regarding U.S. insurance requirements
  • Execute administration activities associated with dedicated suppliers, ensuring accuracy of our system (EBIX) - update contacts, status reports, exceptions documentation, and all needed data maintenance
