Requirements
- Familiar with property terms and willing to gain knowledge in the space
- Ability to read and interpret public records data (real estate taxes, zoning, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
- Proficient using internet search engines such as Google and Yahoo
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Obtain and manage documents
- Internet based research of public records and third party property databases
- Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
- Assist in document collection via the internet
- Compose and/or draft correspondences
- Track information and provide it to the party seeking the information
- Input key summary of facts of information researched into valuation deliverables
- Assist in ensuring meeting delivery deadlines
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient completion of tasks
