Requirements
  • Familiar with property terms and willing to gain knowledge in the space
  • Ability to read and interpret public records data (real estate taxes, zoning, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
  • Proficient using internet search engines such as Google and Yahoo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Obtain and manage documents
  • Internet based research of public records and third party property databases
  • Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
  • Assist in document collection via the internet
  • Compose and/or draft correspondences
  • Track information and provide it to the party seeking the information
  • Input key summary of facts of information researched into valuation deliverables
  • Assist in ensuring meeting delivery deadlines
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient completion of tasks
