Speakers:

  1. Ewelina Kucyniak: Talent Acquisition Strategic Leader with extensive experience in global markets with over 15 years within recruitment industry both agency and corporate experience. Managed both volume campaigns and individual senior management hires within highly complex and niche roles. Helping teams to work effectively by shaping & improving processes. Currently leading AMLRS Talent Acquisition Team for EMEA region.
  2. Dominika Kuc-Sinclair: serves as Senior AML Trainer for AML RightSource. She has extensive experience in financial crime compliance learning and development, training, and quality control, including screening, KYC, transaction monitoring for individuals and businesses, source of funds and suspicious activity reporting for a global leading FinTech. She has also worked with leading global retailers in the risk and fraud departments. Dominika also has wide experience in content creating using a variety of tools. Dominika is Certified in Agile Project Management (AgilePM), and a Certified Professional Scrum Master (SCRUM PSM I). 
  3. Magdalena Tenerowicz: works as Senior TA Specialist in AML RightSource. She completed MA in English Philology and her adventure with recruitment started over 12 years ago - first as an administrative coordinator in outsourcing services. With years it expanded to more and more complex duties, including both administrative tasks, like invoicing, and candidate contact. Magda started working in AML RightSource in 2022, right now she is responsible for coordinating volume and corporate recruitment processes for Poland.
