Wymagania
- Fluent command of English and Portuguese (C1)
- Around 1 year of experience in the Finance and Accounting area
- Customer-oriented attitude and very good analytical skills
- Proper time management and setting priorities, work in a changing environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Student status or bachelor’s degree
Opis zadań
- Coding and clearing deductions
- Researching more complex disputes and deductions for validity and researching root cause of deductions and disputes and recommending/supporting permanent resolution of similar exceptions
- Raising credits for valid queries and if deduction is invalid, providing proof to support collection efforts
- Reconciling complicated accounts and escalating problem accounts
- Identifying frequently occurring deductions and disputes and identifying the root cause of these issues
