Mentoring

Over four years of experience, almost forty series of classes, huge client satisfaction supported by excellent feedback – the Jagiellonian University’s MENTORING PROJECT simply works!

The idea for the Project was born five years ago. We wanted to use Mentoring as a starting point for cooperation with Jagiellonian University graduates. It is our graduates who are mentors in the Project. This would not be possible without their commitment.

We would like to invite people who want to share their knowledge and have at least five years of professional experience to participate in the Project. The Project is open to everyone. We individually decide the form of meetings, topics, methods of presentation, etc.

So far, we have provided meetings both in live and online form. In a pandemic situation, we are only meeting online. Meetings have the form of one-to-one consultations and group classes. We arrange all the details (number of meetings, duration, dates, etc.) during the interview, which takes place after the person interested in cooperating sends us a message.

The aim of the Project is to provide not only theoretical knowledge about the job market, but also practical information and advice that can in some way help people who are just entering this market. Meeting with a mentor, training, working on a specific project or individual consultations are an important experience for our mentees.

We would like to invite all our graduates who can spare the time to share their knowledge with students.
