Meetings with Mentors are a great opportunity to stay up-to-date, learn about new possibilities, and find out how to build your career path. That is why the Career Office has been running the Mentoring Project for four years, in which the Mentors are our graduates with at least five years of professional experience.
Classes are provided in various forms: as one-on-one consultations as well as group meetings in small teams of several people. Currently, due to the pandemic, meetings are held online. However, we hope that we will be able to return to live activities.
The Mentoring Project gives you the opportunity to meet people working in the largest global companies, in the EU structures, in non-governmental organizations, as well as those running their own businesses.
In addition to the knowledge and experience that you will gain during meetings with Mentors, you will also build a network of contacts. Thanks to this, you will expand the group of people / friends who, now or in the future, can help you find your dream job, partner for business or simply help you work out a problem.
Mentors are open to your questions and help clarify doubts. During the meetings, you can (and should :) ) ask a lot of questions. These classes are designed to help you take your next career step or dispel doubts as to whether the path you have planned is right.
